Are other procedures (ultrasound, biopsy, cyst aspirations, etc.) covered by insurance, Medicare or Medicaid?

All other services we provide are generally subject to the insurance company’s deductible, co-insurance and/or co-payment requirements. Patients are required to pay their out-of-pocket financial responsibilities at the time they receive services.
